ATA Martial Arts of Royersford

Due to the snow–yes snow… we will be postponing this event from today until tomorrow 10/30/11 from 3PM-5PM. We can’t wait to see your costumes and trunks!! Enjoy your snowy October Saturday!

Come out for ATA Martial Arts annual Trunk or Treat event on October 29 from 4-6 PM! We plan to have 50 cars out for this event! Everyone in the community is welcome to attend a safe and fun trunk or treating atmosphere! Prizes for the best trunks! Catagories include: Most Original, Scariest, and Funniest! There will also be a Costume Contest. Catagories include: Most Original, Scariest, Funniest, Prettiest, and Best Overall! So, start planning today!! Let Mr. M know if you want to host a trunk!

On Saturday, October 8th, ATA Martial Arts of Royersford hosted a Community Open House. All proceeds for this day went to St. Jude’s Hospital for Children and Childhood Cancer Research. A cause that is incredibly important to us and the families we serve! In the 5 hour Open house, over $5000 was raised by our students who broke hundreds of boards in the board-break-a-thon, a bake sale, a raffle, and pies in Mr. M’s face!! Thank you to all of our students, families, and local businesses who ‘brought it’ for St. Judes and Childhood Cancer research. You guys absolutely rock!!! This was an amazing Community Open House event!

The Delaware Regional Tournament was held on October 1, 2011 in Newark, Delaware at St. Marks High School. The ATA Royersford Tournament Team rocked it! There were 48 Royersford Competitors. Thank you to all the competitors that came out and showed their skills! We are so very proud of your accomplishments!! Since ATA Royersford raised just over $2000, Mr. M was able to participate in the 17-story rappel in Wilmington, DE for this amazing cause! Thank you to some Team Royo for coming out to support Mr. M as well as Mrs. M by holding and chasing babies!! Thank you Orange Belts Kris and Adam Chrapowicz, Orange Belt Kelli-Ann Armstrong, Green Belt Jason Armstrong, Yellow Belt Damien Armstrong, and little brother Jake Armstrong, Orange Belt Anita Escoto, Brown Belt Sunny Introvaglia and his mom, and Black Belt Tita Wyatt from ATA Bear!!

Come out to bowl with ATA Royo–because that’s how we roll! It’s on May 22 from 1-3 PM. The cost is $15/person and that includes pizza, shoe rental and 2 hours of bowling!!

Play some games, eat some pizza, do a special ninja work out for your Tiger! The cost is $20 for Leaderships students, and $25 for Black Belt Club students. The price includes your best friend!!

Drop your Karate Kid off at ATA Royersford for a night of karate, games, pizza and a movie while moms and dads enjoy a night out! It’s from 7-10 PM on June 13th. The cost is $20 for Leadership students and $25 for Black Belt Club students. Bring a friend for free!!
